Stop the excuses! JUST DO IT!!!

• When I get a little busier I will need someone.
  • When you’re busier, you really won’t have time to complete the onboarding process smoothly.  Starting in your less crazy time is actually ideal.  Gives us the time to get to know each other’s quirks and make adjustments. (It can be done when you’re slammed too, just less ideal for all.)
• I’m a newer agent and probably don’t have enough transactions yet.
  • It really doesn’t matter how many you have, we can help with 1 or 20 at a time.
• I’ve been doing this a long time. I’m very set in my ways.
  • Don’t worry.  I don’t tell you how to do things, you tell me how you work and I adapt my systems to work with you.  All I do is take things off your plate.  If you don’t like my email templates, we can make new ones.  If you do additional things for your clients, we can add them in.  
• I’m a control freak. Not sure I can let go.
  • Oh boy, do I feel you!!  Not to worry.  You choose your level of comfort and it can adjust along the way.  All of my agents use me a little differently.  There are definitely some things that you may want to hold onto for a little longer, and that’s perfectly fine.  While some of my agents wash their hands of as much as possible from day one. That’s ok too!
